LANYU Packaging specializes in PET, PETG, PP and glass bottles and jars for beauty and personal care brands, with matching closures, decoration and custom printed boxes. Founded in 2016, we are based in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, bringing research and development, design, production and sales together.

With over 10 years of industry experience, we help beauty brands coordinate containers, closures, decoration and paper packaging. Our range includes PET, PETG, PP and glass bottles and jars, alongside custom printed cartons and gift boxes.

Our plastic production, decoration, mold manufacturing and printed box and gift box workshops connect key stages of development. From reviewing your design to approving samples and planning production, we help align the components around your product and brand.

Our facilities cover 8,000 m²: 3,000 m² for plastic production, 2,500 m² for decoration and finishing, 500 m² for mold manufacturing, 1,500 m² for printed box and gift box production, and 500 m² for offices and warehousing combined.

Printed Box & Gift Box Workshop

Create custom printed boxes and gift boxes for cosmetic bottles, jars and product sets. Our workshop supports structural design, packaging printing and post-print processing, with production and assembly methods selected for each box structure.

Printing & Post-Print Equipment

  • Sheetfed offset printing — 2 printing presses, including a Koenig & Bauer (KBA) Rapida 105, for packaging graphics and artwork reproduction.
  • Automatic flatbed die-cutting & creasing — cuts and creases printed paperboard to the approved box dieline, preparing each blank for folding and assembly.
  • Folding & gluing — 2 folder-gluer machines for folding-carton assembly.

From Structure to Finished Packaging

  • Structural design — develop the printed box or gift box structure around your product dimensions and presentation.
  • Die-cutting & creasing — cut the paperboard outline and create fold lines to match the approved structure.
  • Custom printing — bring brand colors, graphics and product information onto the packaging.
  • Structure-specific assembly — use folding and gluing for folding cartons; confirm the assembly process separately for each gift box design.

We develop matching printed boxes and gift boxes alongside your bottles and jars, or support standalone paper-packaging projects. Box structure, materials, finishes and assembly requirements are confirmed during sampling.
