Who this notice concerns

This notice describes the current LANYU Packaging website and its enquiry channels. LANYU Packaging is based in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

For questions about personal information, email sales@lanyupackaging.com. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in a packaging enquiry.

Online project enquiries

When you submit the project form, we collect the contact and packaging details you enter. The website sends them to LANYU through our hosting server and business mailbox. It creates a reference number and stores a copy on our server so we can find your enquiry if an email notification fails. We use the information to respond to your request and discuss a possible order. The form does not upload files; please send drawings or artwork separately by email after we reply.

When you contact us

If you send an email or WhatsApp message, the information you choose to send may include your name, business email, company, country, packaging requirements, correspondence and reference files. It is provided to discuss your enquiry, product options, quotations, samples or an ongoing project.

Clicking an email link opens your email application. WhatsApp links open an external service with a suggested message; you must send that message yourself. The respective providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Website operation and cookies

The current static page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include an embedded analytics tracker. This statement concerns the website files, not the separate practices of hosting, security or communication providers.

When the site is hosted, the server or its security services may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time of access. These technical records are separate from the project details you submit. To limit automated abuse, the enquiry form also keeps a short-lived, non-reversible rate-limit marker derived from the request IP address.

Providers and international access

Website hosting, email and WhatsApp involve service providers. Information you send may be processed by your chosen communication provider and accessed by the LANYU team in China. The processing that takes place within an external communication service is also subject to that provider’s privacy notice.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry emails and attachments you send to us are stored in our business mailbox. Online form enquiries are also stored in a restricted server directory, including notification failures. Server copies of form submissions are removed 12 months after submission. For enquiries that do not result in an order, we retain email correspondence and attachments for 12 months from our last contact with you, then delete them unless continued retention is required by applicable law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

This 12-month period does not apply to completed orders. Order correspondence and related records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil contractual obligations, handle after-sales matters and meet applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

You can contact sales@lanyupackaging.com to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Rights and any exceptions depend on the laws applicable to your request. Please identify the relevant conversation without sending unnecessary identity documents.

This notice describes the current website functionality. We will update it when our handling of information changes, including file uploads, analytics or additional third-party services. The date above identifies the latest revision.
