Start with a practical container format and develop the visual identity around it. LANYU coordinates PP packaging selection, closure fit, artwork and matching secondary packaging in one project brief.

Develop a recognizable collection through coordinated container colors, logo placement and artwork. Bring your visual references so we can discuss how the selected PP design and its decoration can express your brand.

Extend that visual direction to matching cartons and gift boxes, creating a consistent presentation from the container to the finished set. Explore the available designs below to find a starting point for your project.

Selection & sample review

What to Check When Choosing PP Packaging

Review the complete jar, not only the material.

The body, lid and any inner disc must work as an assembled pack. Check opening access, lid engagement and fit with your actual formula and filling process before approving the sample.

Material specificationConfirm the resin and component specifications for the selected model. A PP material label alone is not a product certification.
Fit & fillingCheck usable fill volume, closure performance and handling requirements on the sample.
Artwork areaAgree the printable height and layout with the approved drawing before finalizing print files.

Practical design choices

Consider the full pack.
Plan for its end of use.

Start with a container size suited to the intended fill. Review the lid, disc, labels and decoration together instead of treating the body material as the whole packaging system.

Discuss component separation, labeling and the recycling arrangements in your destination market. Recyclability depends on the finished pack and local collection systems; a PP designation is not a guarantee that every assembled jar will be recycled.

Recycled-content, refillable or other environmental claims should be supported by evidence for the specific design. None of those claims is assumed for this CA series.

PP packaging questions

How are minimum order quantities determined?

Minimum quantities are specified for each product. Custom colors and printing are quoted separately; there is no single MOQ for all PP packaging.

Can the jars be customized?

Share your artwork and color references. Available decoration processes, sample requirements and quantities are confirmed for the selected model.

Which size designations are available?

The confirmed size designations are 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 60, 75 and 100 g. These are jar capacity designations supplied in g, not the weight of the empty jars. Confirm the actual fill with your formula; no conversion to ml is implied.
